With the new year in full swing, most of you made a new year resolution to keep your body fit this year. Well that is something your hart and body will love you for. Something you might not think of on a regular basis is your mental fitness. You most probably did not make a new year resolution to be more mentally fit this year. Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness but for some natural reason we only focus on physical fitness. I am here to tell you that according to a study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences mental exercise can increase “Fluid Intelligence”. This term refers to the ability to solve a problem faster and more efficient than others. Let’s do something new this year. Lets also exercise our mind and not only our bodies.
The hard part
For an adult it can be rather easy to find mental exercise to do every day. This is because you know what you like to do and this makes it easy to ensure that you are having fun in the process. When it comes to your child it is a very different story. To ensure that your child is exercising their mind and having fun is difficult and sometimes impossible.
How we can help
We here at Stimu-Zone would like to invite you to help yourself make this difficult daily task of finding ways to exercise your child’s mind easier. With the in-class lessons and online lessons provided by Stimu-Zone. You have access to a one stop shop to ensure that your child receives their mental exercise for the day. We provide computer literacy and coding lessons for children aged 2 years to 13 years. This is done at their school and/or online. The curriculum is designed to ensure the ultimate fun factor is present. During the lesson your child’s mind is also being stimulated and developed. As a result of this your child will receive the best mental exercise possible within the time allocated.
We provide free online trials and demo lessons at most of the schools in your area.
